I'm Nicolás de Jesús. Here I will try to explain the way I prepare packages to ship my artwork to where it is requested. First. The material I use is the same as my ancestors the Aztecs used to make their codices, tree bark paper.
My first language is Nahuatl, my second is Spanish, and I try to learn other languages out of necessity in order to learn from other cultures because I like to travel to find myself in other people.
So I like to explain how we speak in our language in our communities, because in this way we can think about how we can unite as humanity, because although we may appear different on account of our color, we all have our thoughts and feelings within the heart as we inherited from our ancestors...
Text in Nahuatl.
Yowa ika ni paki kua ni tenonotza kenon towame titlatowan nikan tochan. Pampa ijkon no kinemilian kenon weliz timozentlalizke ken ti ikniwte , pampa mazki okzekneka titlachian , nochi tikpian tonemilis , wan totlamachilis itik toyojlo ken tech makatejke to kokolwan.
Now. As for the sale of my work, it is the way I try to support youth and children to learn the techniques that I use.
Also in order to participate in cultural projects important to the community that can help to visualize a better world as humanity.
Ahora .
